And THIS scene right here is what makes J Jonah such an interesting character in these movies. He could've easily told Norman who took the pictures but he didn't. We're never given a reason as to why, but that just makes him so much more interesting.
@@Topher8395 THAT'S HIS WHOLE PROBLEM! HE ENDANGERED THE LIVES OF PETER AND HIS FRIENDS, AND HADN'T LOST ANY SLEEP OVER IT! He didn't even know Peter, and he tries to start a war with him?
I love how Goblin goes through all this trouble just to ask who takes the pictures of Spider-Man when he could simply walk down the street, buy a newspaper and see the words "photo by Peter Parker" right under any picture of Spider-Man.
Ah, every single scene of these films is a work of art. Sometimes not very realistic, but definitely very cool. I like that even though Jamison hated Spider-Man, he still didn't hand Peter over to the Green Goblin, which gives us a wonderful example of a "neutral" character, that is, not a bad and not a good guy. You don't often see this in movies, comics, and so on.
@@finger420 spider-man being exactly like in comics. Super heroes in 2000s were supposed to be idols and tobey still quipped as much as it was required . Also his villains were no clowns that he needs to be quipping all the time
"Hoffman, run down to the patent office, copyright the name 'Green Goblin.' I want a quarter every time someone says it." "How about 'Green Meanie'?" 👉
Nostalgia Critic: And WTH was that sound? What, was he passing gas while... passing gas? (Plays 1:14 - 1:20 and adds a fart sound effect before Green Goblin makes his trollish noise)
