The famous Green Juice! Tried it and love it! Drink at your own risk. Yes this does help and boost a lot of different things within your body, but like everything, it does have it's down sides too. Please do your research before you start consuming. Making juice from fruits and veggies, leaves a high concentrate of sugars.
With that being said, here are the ingredients that I used.
Water
Fresh Lemon Juice
Pineapple
Celery
Cucumber
Ginger
Spinach
Green Apple
The amount of each item is based on how much you are making, There really isn't a rule of how much of each you need to put in. I just estimated for the size of my blender cup.
