Hi Pastor Steven Furtick. I am at the red sea now. I lost my Fiance, the father to my twins babies, very tragegically one month ago today. I have had moments of wanting to end my life. I watch your sermons every single day. I search them, because almost Everytime I watch you speak I feel you are speaking to me. I have felt so lost and so confused as to why this has happened to me. Why God has put this on me, I love God but I feel so weary and that I just can't handle anymore. When I have suffered so much pain. Your sermons and My God are all that keep me going. 42:00-43:06 My mother’s name is Kathy. We both walked away from the faith a long time ago but recent events have thrusted me back into a relationship with God. I’ve been praying for my mom because I know she needs it too but the time had to be right. My girlfriend suggested watching elevation at my mom’s house because she could still get the word but wouldn’t feel the pressure of having to go to church. Kathy wasn’t really feeling it till this weekend. This was her first elevation watch and the first sermon she has heard since walking away. God used pastor Steven to speak to her directly. Our jaws dropped when we got to this part. She has had a lot of issues with her past but I believe this is now a season of healing. God is so awesome and good! Thank you!

I have been at the red sea for years. I just had a revelation that I was left there for a reason. I have struggled with reading all my life I started to even resentment my mother for not getting me the help I needed at the time. However looking back at her life and the life we lived. How can I feel this way after knowing and understanding what I know now. She was an immigrant mother and a teen mother with 6 children by the age of 28. She did what she could do to keep us with a roof over our heads and food on the table. If it weren't for this struggle I wouldn't been so hungry to go back to school and be the first to graduate in my family the battle isn't over but I thank GOD I am not where I use to be. My embarrassment will be my biggest blessing for my mother and myself. Thank you lord. Thank you pastor S for bringing this to light.

My Sermon Notes for “Green Light at The Red Sea”: •Psalms 106: 7-12 when our ancestors were in Egypt, they gave no thought to your miracles; they did not remember your many kindnesses, and they rebelled by the sea, the Red Sea. Yet he saved them for his names sake, to make his mighty power known. He rebuked the Red Sea, and it dried up; he led them through the depths as through a desert. He saved them from the hand of the foe; from the hand of the enemy he redeemed them. The Waters covered their adversaries; not one of them survived. Then they believed his promises and sang his praise. • God is committed to me being free. • God is going to get his glory. • Only God knows when you are truly ready. • The Red Sea can represent anything that you are going through. • Don’t put your faith in reverse. • Don’t shift the responsibility of your face down to nothing. • Testimony has a stage of terror or fear before faith is put into overdrive. • Your past or something currently can be constantly terrorizing you. Making you feel like you’re in a delusion state that you’re not ready or prepared. It’s been chasing you and has been making you want to give up hasn’t it? It’s been making you self sabotage yourself hasn’t it? It makes you want to turn around and go home doesn’t it? Nothing at all works in reverse or neutral. • The miracle is not in your feelings it is in your feet. • God will give you the greenlight, but he is not going to drive the car. • Quit looking to external means of testimony to the goodness of God. •When God enables you to do something you could never do apart from him that’s a green light. • Walk by faith not by sight. • You got green even in the valley’s. • It’s a Red Sea revelation. • God gives Grace for your greatest embarrassment. • Thank God for all the chances. • When you don’t remember you rebel. • They rebelled , he rebuked. • He’s going to do it all in spite of it and everything for his glory. • He gives you resources for your deepest needs. • He gives you divine power to demolish strongholds and a fresh feeling of the Holy Spirit. Fill your horn with oil and be on your way. You have to go! It’s green! • He gives you evidence for your most stubborn unbeliefs. • He is going to give you energy for your most draining relationships. • He’s going to help us navigate through our most complicated places. It is me God, same as every weekend before my night duty shift. Because God, i will remind you until it does not sound like a complain anymore. But like praise and worship my God. Here we go again, another sermon that I cannot put into words how grateful I am for!! I’ve been overcoming debilitating health issues and the other day I opened my Bible to this very scripture Pastors preaching on Exodus 14. There was a reason like he said that I didn’t attend my regular church. Me and my kids sat here and watched and God was faithful and kind to speak to me. Hallelujah!! By faith I have the green light to continue on even when the storm of health issues are raging. He’s committed to my freedom and He will get the glory!!!
