Totally understandable. Personally, I have no issues, but with something like this you never know and sometimes its better to just play it safe. If you decide to do it please let us know how it all works out.

That's crazy and would be a red flag for me as well. Did you go back through your e-mail and see if they sent you a verification or something way back in the day?

Gilded Yes. The only reason I knew I had an account in the first place was when they sent me an email about an update to some security settings. It made my scam senses tingle but I could very easily be mistaken.

My guess is that it links to your bnet account in some way. I have not done this myself but I am sure you could find more information on their forums. Best of luck and I hope you can find an answer quickly.

You can get keys from all major storefronts. It tells you which one it is for under DRM.

If they don't add it right away, then they will give you a key. The website is 100% legit and if you have any questions or problems, contact them directly and they will help you.

Yes, as long as the platform that's indicated is steam. It should have a steam symbol or tell you somewhere on the page where the key works. Hope this helps.

No, GMG will provide you with a key that you add to steam for the game. They are the same.

@@compl1cated574 Bought some DLCS using GMG and all they worked, it's the same as buying from Steam, expect the fact that GMG will give you a key that you have to activate inside Steam.

Your best bet for a refund would be to contact GMG support and see what they can do. Getting refunds through them can be iffy sometimes. As far as other client's to play games through on PC, you could check out the epic game store, GOG (galaxy of games), the blizzard launcher, and origin (electronic arts) those are the main ones. Steam, however, is the biggest and most commonly used for PC games.

@@Gildad I just wanna play mk11 lol when I downloaded on steam I couldn't launch it for some reason I tried everything it just says launching and then closes. Do u know about that, now am looking for Nother platform to play it on and I cant find another besides steam

Hey, so steam is essentially just launching the game for you if MK11 isn't working it probably has nothing to do with steam. Also, Many games never release outside of steam, so you may never find it through another launcher. Have you checked the system requirements and compared them to your own system? Have you updated your graphics cards? You could also try checking the forums to see if others have the same issues. I hope this helps and good luck.

Generally speaking, you will receive a key for the game that you will add to whatever launcher that game uses. Call of duty uses the blizzard launcher so you will download the game from them.

Not sure for blizzard. It might have you log into battle.net to add it or it will give you a cd key and you will have to add it through battle.net yourself.

Have you tried contacting them, if so what did they say? Also have they charged you for the game key?

Contact GMG support. More than likely it was some kind of mix-up and they should be able to help you out.

That sucks that places like green man gaming don't work in you region very well. Unfortunately cdkeys, gamivo, and kinguin are all grey market resellers like G2A. At least from what I have found. This means a good portion of the time the developer doesn't see any money from these guys and that can make it hard on small indie teams. The big guys like Bethesda and such will be fine but the creators of something like kenshi will get burned. In your situation I am not sure you have much choice but for many of us, getting something from a grey market site is taking money away from the developer that spent time making the game.

Gilded They may be but still not as terrible as G2A, and they still offer customer protection plans in case the key does not work, wrong region or there's a charge back. I have received a few invalid and wrong region keys but got them replaced pretty quickly. Not to mention they give 10-20% off coupons from time to time, cant say no to Sekiro for 30€ ..

No it didn't bought two copies of mhw iceborn received two copies of mhw base game. Would not refund after imediately making a ticket. Stick with humble bundle.

Also, there are many games simply not available on GMG. If they were a grey market seller, like G2A, then that would not be the case. Anyhow have a good one.

Everything still works fine through GMG. Just double-check it is for the platform you want (steam, epic, rockstar, etc.. might have to be rockstars launcher though, I am not sure).

It doesn't, at least that I know of. If it makes you feel better, I wouldn't lie about something for 10 cents a year. It's not worth it. I am not sure you understand how all this works, but generally, people promote things they enjoy/use and getting an affiliate link is just a bonus. If I were you I would be much more concerned with the people who never review a company and just pitch affiliate links for products. You may also have "affiliate links" confused with sponsored content, which is when someone pays me directly to make a video, in this instance I would have to disclose that in the video and description. That is not the case here, this is just a service I use, that I qualify for benefits through. If I am wrong here, which is totally possible, please provide the actual info from youtube TOS. Jumping to conclusions and trying to call people out doesn't help anyone and just wastes time.

Yes, been using it for years. Just learn all the ins and outs like making sure you have selected the right platform (steam, epic, gog, ea, etc...) for the game you are looking for. The main issues revolve around that and returns. If you are not going to return it, you will be fine. As for being legit, none of their keys are stolen and they are provided by developers or publishers, at least from my research.

That sucks, my guess is that the key is for the Blizzard Launcher where the game is also available. I didn't even know they had the new COD:MW on steam. I am sure if you contact support they will be able to help you. If not let me know and I will be sure to do an updated video.

@@Gildad pretty weird. HKRGaming were the ones who asked for the ID. Gave them the ID and I got my game code to redeem on green man gaming.

@SkippyZKangaroo Oh, I see. This video was for GMG only, which I vetted and tested for a while before making this video. I have not looked into HRKgame much but will be sure to check it out. Please let us know if there are any issues that have come about from using HRKgame.

Yes, they do, unfortunately, a good deal of those keys are stolen or received through not so legal channels. The developers of the games they sell don't see any money and sometimes get charged fees for games that people purchased with stolen credit cards. It's a pretty terrible system, where people can steal credit cards to buy steam keys and go resell them through g2a and direct the funds into another account. Once those keys hit g2a it's the developer's responsibility to refund those original credit cards. It has gotten so bad recently, that small developers have released statements asking people to pirate their games over buying them from G2A.

I've found their keys are super comparable to reputable sites that aren't stealing keys? like rn for example monster hunter world for 34% off when it's cheaper on like 11 other sites

If you don't support developers they will have no reasons to make new games and developers have said, they would rather you pirate their games other then give money to G2A because they don't see a dime either way.
