How to make ginger-fried green peppers
① Cut the green peppers and remove the stems
② Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then fry the green peppers for 3-4 minutes until the surface is browned. ③ Once browned, turn them over, cover and steam for 2 minutes. ④ Add the seasonings and mix until the liquid is gone.

Sesame oil [1 tablespoon]
Seasonings
Reduced-sodium soy sauce [1 tablespoon]
Sake [1 tablespoon]
