the most satisfying part of the video to me is seeing the end result and hearing the absolute iconic “And that’s job done. Holler at your boy for the pool work.” you do really amazing work
Great job. That‘s what I love about our garden as well: We also have real granite around the pool and a good pressure wash brings them immediately back to life !
Great job as always, one tip when starting your pressure washer is to squeeze the handle so there is no back pressure on the pump when the engine starts, same with shutting it off, squeeze the lever and shut it off, will make your pump last much longer
I have just bought a new electric pressurewasher and the pump/Compressor is running constantly and is always on even if I dont press the trigger. What could cause this problem? It was runing normaly for 5 minutters and shut of when the trigger wasn’t pressed
Never watched a full video, and not sure why it came up on my recommended. Either way, I wanted to say thank you for this content. I'm going through a really tough mental battle recently, and any time I can get where I feel like myself again is very refreshing. While going through a rough moment, I just clicked on this, and watching you do this clean really eased my nerves and mind. Appreciate the content. Hope your future is bright.
Yeah, mate, the winter was rather mild this past year. That’s why you had this job. The algae really took off. I myself had the green water problem, but mine wasn’t this bad. And I don’t winterise my pool with the solar blanket. I use black plastic for my winter cover and have professionals come help me open my pool just before summer. And the best thing about getting professionals to help you is they know the quantity of chemicals your pool’s going to need to get it ready for summer and the amount of each chemical needed. For example, my pool needed a couple bottles of liquid shock, heavy chlorination, and most importantly,!multiple doses of algaecide.
I have commented on an older video, just wondering what the pipe and end fittings you are usin g on your sump pump? I use a sump to drain my lazy spa, i was using the flat flexible material blue pipe initially but found it did crease alot, ive since switched to my hose reel pipe which I connect directly to the pump, its alot easier to setup but takes longer to drain obviously! Great videos btw
Question my pool plaster has come off in areas can the exposed concrete change the chemicals where they don't work properly? Water was changed in May my pool readings are right on and have brand new filters
I’m loving the blue shirt with the black logo! 🔥🔥🔥 I wish I could tell you how much discovering your videos carried me through my recovery from surgery in January…haha it all started with the rug cleaning and car detailing and then I struck gold when I found pool cleaning and you’re the king! I wonder do you ship merch to Canada or only within the U.K.?
Over here we are having to install only variable speed pumps now. The worst part is most customers barely know how to backwash and rinse a filter. Now we are always having to go reprogram someone’s pump
No, you never want to empty a pool completely, especially gunite/shotcrete. You run the risk of them floating out of the ground if you do not have a hydrostat or if it fails. Liners can float as well and can potentially tear around the main drain where it’s screwed down. If you winterize you want to drain below the skimmer, blow the skimmer line out with compressed air, take the drain plugs out of the pump, filter, and booster pump if you have one. Don’t want any water standing in the pipes/equipment above ground as it can freeze. Depending on where you live you can run your pump during freezes to keep water moving as long as it’s not too far below freezing for too long. Our systems automatically cut the pump on when air temp reaches 36° but we also build pools in southern US where it’s not below 32° for that long
It always blows my mind that that's the same water, in my eyes that's beyond saving and I'd want to drain/clean/refill but its clearly not necessary lol
wonder if he has his own pool... and if he hires a pool boy... also i though pool boys were supposed to be shirtless and in swim trunks... i've been lied to my whole life
Really good job, can you maybe tell us the pool stats? for example 3m wide x8m long x1.5m deep and 100 or 150 cubic meters ( or gallons ) of water if it's not to much trouble?
but how that water can be use again after a long time sit in the pool? that water should be emptied first and then clean the pool and then fill the pool again with the fresh water... I dont think this is healty to get into that water
