bootstrapvideom... for more video tips! Want to make a cheap, easy, and simply green screen at home? I show you how to make a green screen in this video.
This was by far the easiest explanation I've heard. I liked how you described background lighting and foreground lighting. I have a really cheap setup and if I get the wrinkles out it would be better. Thank you great video!
Thanks for the video, I purchased the green screen and can't wait to get started. Your instructions were clear and easy to reproduce. I just subscribed to your channel.
I watched because I want to learn about green screens and lighting. then I want to learn about projecting on the green screen or what ever you do to make it all work! great video and thanks!
Another great way to straighten out creases very quickly on just about any material is mixing water and odourless vinegar in about 1:2 ratio. Put the solution into a spray bottle and spray a light coating on the material. Then put the material next to a source of heat (radiator, hairdryer) and leave for around 5-10 minutes. It will get rid of creases, and because odourless vinegar is used, there will be no odour.
It was interesting, I am doing the some type of set-up at home. I have a 9x15 Chromakey screen. I am deciding on what lights to get. Room size and camera distance can also be an issue. I enjoyed your video. thanks !
Had NO PLANS to sub to you but after watching thought it would be good to save for my assistance's notes, should I ever get any..lol. Real good down to earth presentation. I didn't think of cramming in the lights so tight to the talent whilst same was so close to the back wall.NIce. I just found another location for my additional green screen. Thanks beer guy. Yep...time for a beer!
Thanks a lot for the demonstration. May you please tell me about the software that you use with your project? I'm talking about the movie editor or a better software, and it will be pretty cool if we can download it for free.
Should have watched this video before we gave this a try. We will have a video up soon about our misadventure. Thanks for stepping out of your box and trying something new! Ren
What items do I need. Do I need a projector or something how does it work!? Just the basics would be nice for people that don't know. How is the image put on the green screen? Thanks
try orange light shining on the back of your body to counteract the green reflection & use long tube fluorescents to light up green screen also stretch & clamp the screen to the poll. . light doesn't have to be bright just even.
But what if I want to present with just white background? Would lighting white wall be enough or I have to get green screen to digitally replace it with white background?
You can buy and mix gallon of paint at Home Depot or Lowes that color of green and paint the wall --- no wrinkles. You can repaint the wall when you leave the apartment. If you use all "daylight" florescent bulbs you will light more even, have less heat, and use less power. You can make your light stands out of PVC water pipe (see "frugal filmmaker" on You Tube) and save big bucks. Yours looks just fine it's just a little more money and trouble than it needed to be. Have fun.
