I’m like thinning and I’m starting to lose my hair. Nothing crazy yet I’m only 24 but I’ve got much less density and my strands are just obviously thinner and my hairline is receding alittle. If I do this regularly do you think it would help me maintain what I currently have and make it grow thicker in time?

My issue with this is that I have fresh green tea. It's not powder, its leaves and other rough green tea residue.... so how can I do a hair mask with that?
