Nice area and I Love Henderson but I've decided to go outside of LV/Henderson because I wish to build my own home rather that occupy a concrete or stick frame home. I may rent in the area while I'm working on my adoption homestudy and constructing my home in a non-disclosed location, but that would be the only reason I would stay in Henderson for any length of time.
