I wanted Mac to go down, but this whole thing was a big misunderstanding. Grace did go over there and warn his neighbors about him and beat his car some(It wasn't a lot in my opinion). But then he thought Grace did something to stop him from receiving an award or some kind of opportunity which he didn't and then Sophia wasn't answering her phone when Mac called her making Grace think he's getting his revenge by doing something to her daughter. Yes she went there and was yelling out of concern from her daughter, but it gave him no right to throw her around and try to kill her when everything she said about him was true.

Technically it was a misunderstanding because Grace went to Macs with the intention of locating Sophia however if I remember correctly Mac had another young teenage girl in his apartment and she was sleeping on the couch and he started feeling on her legs, she woke up frightened and fought him off and ran away. So technically Grace still ended up having good reason for being there. Mac was never going to stop abusing those girls. Then after he died he appeared, whether it was his ghost or just a figment of Graces imagination we'll never know.

Supposedly the character of Mac was eliminated in the Second Season of the program, because his actor Gregory Alan Williams was accused of insulting and assaulting a person, in turn for having problems with the producer.

Idk why people keep trying to pull out receipts to justify Grace killing him, yeah she broke in but self-defense went out the window when he pulls her back after she tries to leave. Always stay away from the hos.

When I first saw this I thought she was just attacked for nothing and it was just self defense. But watching about years later and it's so clear to me that she broke into his place. While she has a good excuse since she's scared for her daughter and he's a known ebophile or ephebophile, she still broke in and attacked him.

We all knew 1:50 was coming, didn't we? It's such a frustratingly lazy and clichéd trope. I wonder how many times in the history of film a supposedly helpless woman has saved herself at the last second by doing exactly this. It's _so_ predictable that all sense of actual peril and tension is lost. Of course the heroine has to survive, but can we really not come up with some other way for her to do it?

@@jerseyfinest7152 That's a bit of a silly defence. It's not my job to write screenplays - I'm a consumer of them. If someone built you a house, and you complained to me that the roof wasn't straight, I wouldn't ask why you didn't just build it yourself if you thought you could do better.

@@sexcdoll not sure why you seem to be taking this personally or trying to shout me down. Perhaps you're a fan of this show and don't want to hear anything said against it - who knows? From my point of view if it's somebody's job to produce something, and it's shared, then it's fair game for criticism. I wasn't even being nasty - just bemoaning the lack of creativity. To me this is a tired old trope that spoils the tension. I'm expressing my opinion. You could have offered a rebuttal, or explained why you think it still works, but instead all you're doing is telling me to shut up. Great. Good luck, I guess.
