Yeah, you can only confederate within your race, and whilst the bloody hands are classed as Greenskins, Savage Orcs are listed as a separate race in diplomacy

Greenskins have one of the largest unit rosters in goblin's alone you can get nightgoblins, arrow nightgoblins, nightgoblin fanatics, nasty stalkers, goblin pump wagons along with good old spear gobos. Not to mention, goblin wolf riders, charriots, squigs, squig riders and spider riders. Warmachines like the doomdiver and rock lobber all feature goblins. I play Skarsnik a lot in multiplayer and love to roll with goblin armies due to their mass numbers, stalk and sneaky tricks. The goblin shaman and goblin big boss are great additions too and supplementing your army with some trolls or monstrosities is really awesome. What kinds of goblins would you want added? Forest and hill goblins sound more a cosmetic choice rather than a gameplay one? I would recommend mods which either add new hill and forest variants or maybe a reskin mod?

@Alexander I am talking about a perspective from campagin gameplay. Immersion is very important for the majority of the player base that don't play mp. When I play Goblins, I want to run a lore friendly army. Another good example is Clan Moulder. They don't have a generic lord for their Clan nor caster. They are also missing almost half their unit roster. Alot of Factions including the Greenskins lack variety. Go watch "Great book of Grudges" channel. He talked about exactly what we are a week or two ago

Greenskins have a very weak roster overall. It's unfortunately not just goblins. I know you're not talking about gameplay rather lore and immersion but I'm just going to include the gameplay aspect.
