Oh, Gina... I have been looking for a box like this for gift cards. I am going to get busy and have FUN... thanks to you. You are my favorite card designer... all your cards are so classy and a pleasure to send and give.
Great instructions,I'm going to make some of these and fill with cards to give as Christmas gifts this year. Thanks so much Gina, you are a great teacher!
I have always been obsessed with making boxes! I make treat boxes for every occasion :) I was in a store the other day and a sales lady said....are you giving this for a gift? We have some really nice candle boxes! Made me laugh because I can make my own and not pay $5 for one, but you know I looked at how it was made so I can replicate it ;) that's what I love about paper crafts...turning paper into things people can use and look at forever!
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I'll make some of those as small gifts when I'm invited somewhere. Now it's not really the season for flowers but I can use some beautiful flower patterned paper instead of giving real flowers :-) I especially love your helpful tips like the one with the rounded corners. You always give so much thought to your projects and it's lovely that you share your "add on ideas" with your viewers, I really appreciate that.
Great, thank you! If anyone's interested in saving just the template to the front flap photo box someone added that to the website's comment section under this same post. Can't wait to make it now!
I have a card I made for my sister's birthday that I do not want to get crushed so I wanted an envelope box to put it in (will wrap card in bubble wrap) and then put it in and mail in a bubble envelope. My card is 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" so am wondering if this size and deminsions will work for mine. Guess I can just do one from your deminsions and see what size card will fit in and then can adjust accordingly. Nice and easy tutorial to follow!! Thank you.
Thank you for such a great gift giving idea for storing cards. I love the color combination and pattern paper used in the video. Can the paper be purchased from your website?
The photo box had the flap on the front instead of the end. I haven't found it either but would love to. I posted a question on Stamp TV's facebook page so maybe she'll have a link to it.
Also, I really like the design of the photo box, but I can't seem to find the instructions for that anywhere on StampTV or RU-vid. Could you point me in the right direction?
Nope, that's not it. I watched "Box of Gift Cards" Pt 1 and Pt 2. In that video Gina only demonstrates how to make a bunch of cards and uses a plastic box to enclose them for gift giving. In this video, "Greeting Card Gift Box", Gina shows a basket full of "Photo Boxes" that she made and mentions a video that shows how to make them. However, I can't find that video and am starting to think it doesn't exist.
