Imagine if they had just given them the MRI to start with. I know they're expensive but so was what everything this man had to go through.

I had a skull based meningioma also and had double vision for 5 and a half months. I have facial nerve damage but doing ok!

Did the tumor give you facial nerve damage?

Greg says tumor was "left center" of the brain. Caption says "skull base." I have a 1.5c meningioma at the edge of the foramen magnum at the base of the skull. I have the same tooth pains as Greg. I also had the root canals, then extractions. Nothing helped the pain. Two neurologists told me that the meningioma probably isn't causing the pain. But if Greg's tumor really was at the base of the skull, maybe there's hope that surgery will help me.

Hey, I have Meningiomas on my spine and the pain was so bad I couldn’t walk or sit without screaming so they put in a morphine pump. I wanted to remove them, but my surgeon in Indiana said they weren’t operable. In the meantime the pump doesn’t ease my pain enough for me to live my life even close to before. Because of opiates guidelines here I can’t get my doctors to give me the meds I need to function. Sadly I realize there are a lot of people like me.

I can empathise, currently going through RADS for ear cancer. I am losing a ton of hair though. Love and luck, Kit

Hi Greg, do you remember any typical pattern of the pain? Did it get better as the day went on? I’m having an MRI in a few days and I’m concerned about this
