If you hadn't guessed already, I love toucans. I have posted these videos on here at some point years ago but wanted to combine them into one. You may not concern yourself with this, but aside from beautiful paintings! In addition you are being mentioned for your ability to inspire so many to just paint 🙂 can't sleep, maybe I'll check my phone 2 in the morning oh! I haven't seen one of his videos in awhile.. getting my paint out, 5 in the morning rolls around, the next 3 weeks immersed in painting 🖌️🎨 absolutely!!

Toucan do magic with a paintbrush! 😁 I know you have colors that you order, use and like, but do you mix up jars of your favorite commonly used custom colors? WOW, those are some nice colors, brightest brights and darkest darks. Awesome job!

Puffins and toucans on the same painting. I love those birds. I once drew a puffin with prismacolor pencils in realistic style. It was hard, but I managed after weeks of work. Loved this video.

I am always amazed you can layer so much, every time i try paint over areas, the moisture just lifts up the lower layers.

it depends on the art supplies. some art supplies reactivate even after the layer is dry, like watercolours and gouache or certain inks. other art supplies don't reactivate, like pigment inks, acryla gouache or acrylics. acrylics dry fast, but they can't be reactivated once dry. there are some additives that you can mix with acrylics to keep them "active" longer (so they dry more slowly) and you can blend them more easily. i really like acrylics because of that. they are also non-toxic, you can clean your brushes with water & soap etc. they're much less stress than oils imo ;D

Thank you! On these paintings I just used water and no medium . Www.novacolorpaint.com is the best acrylic paint:)

I wish I could get Nova paints here in Australia, but shipping prices are above $200.... do you know of any other brands that are similar in quality? I love how buttery nova appears

Golden fluid acrylics will do the job for you. I believe they are sold in Australia. and Yes, Nova is the best... super buttery!
