Rabi Ben Lavi Yes she is worth a review LOL.. but I would hardly be able to help LOL. Well everything made in China is not bad... just some of it. I know of loads of stuff from that region which is high quality... I guess its all relative really.

wiziek Wow... that is a bit of a shock that they moved production... I really did not know that. Thomann is very selective on the DV-Mark gear I have found too - it may not sell that well? Obviously we will never know. Yes Mark Bass and DV-Mark are the same basically. In my experience DV-Mark gear is not really cheap stuff... it is made well (at least the gear I have had - some reviewed on my channel) but some models go through revision after revision (as indeed the triple 6 amp - it had three revisions in a couple of years) which devalues equipment when you want to sell it. ***** I'm not sure about their most expensive products being made in Indonesia, they had "black line" as new series that is cheap and made in Indonesia. But even their gear priced in middle have higher price which was acceptable for product made in Europe. wiziek When I read that I could have almost written it myself! He confirms that they are in control of the QC in Asia and I know from pure experience over many years that is the only real way to ensure quality products. I think that his take on Europe too is not far short of the mark following the awful bank crisis. Speaking from the UK I have never really believed that the giant state they call the Euro Zone is anything except a way for Angela to take charge of a region that would never normally happen re sovereignty. Since 2008 its all been generally bad in Europe and as Italy is in the thick of it I am not surprised really that DV-Mark (et al Bass) have started to move production to lower cost regions; but that lower cost will only last so long as indeed it did in Taiwan, where today making equipment there would generally be of high cost and China lower cost by far. Also interesting to note re the 'made in*' aspect that many USA products either ignore or don't have on there or indeed for many products proper CE and RoHS compliance that all Europeans have to abide by. Even making the equipment in Asia it still has to 'jump through hoops' to be legal in Europe. It's one reason I look at very low cost products very carefully indeed.
