With the Greg Judy bale unroller, feeding your livestock in muddy conditions is a snap. Don't rut up your farm with a tractor, use your ATV with our unroller.
Excellent application note: Attach the bale, but don't remove the netting. Roll it to where you need to unroll it, remove the netting, and only then unroll the bale. Brilliant!
I thought that was a good idea when you showed it last time and now with customers and their opinions it's wonderful, pity I live in Australia where it's too far too post! Will have to see if I can get plans when the time comes.
Just bought one of these from an outfit outside Dayton OH. It is my favorite tool on the farm now. I thought of trying to build my own but am glad I didn't. There are a bunch of details I wouldn't have thought of. The balance and the springs really show how years of use can really improve a design. If you unroll hay, You should be using this.
Got one in January. This unroller is changing my farm in ways I wouldn't have dreamed. We have more grass and thicker grass. 1/2 to 3/4rs of a bag of seed is right there rolled up in the roll. You feed and seed at the same time by unrolling. The cows eat the hay and their hoofs press the seed into the ground and this thing is built tuff. Simple and brilliant! Can't wait to see what these pastures look like next year.
I'd be interested in building and distributing under these under contract in Nebraska. I have a tooled up welding shop but I dont work out of it. If you would be interested in doing something, look me up on Facebook.
Viewers from the Northeast: If you want one please email Greg. His email is on the Green Pastures Farm website. He said if enough people request them he'll be able to put together a load and get them shipped up north at a rate we can afford.
Believe it or not, I saw that machine going down 291 (71) highway the other day on a trailer all the way down here by Nevada Mo. I noticed it and thought, "Yep, Greg sold another one!" Lol. Great buy.
@@gregjudyregenerativerancher Well when you're an awesome expert...that happens. And to think I knew you when you were just mildly famous, lol. We all love the Greg Judy charm and your way of life buddy. I got to spend the afternoon with my sheep and dogs today, beautiful day here. It was so relaxing, I thought to myself, "Well, I could sure be more wealthy but I'm not sure I'll ever feel more rich." That's a great feeling to have...I imagine that's the way you must feel all the time. ;)
@@Digger927 I know the feeling being with the livestock and dogs, it is extremely relaxing. They don't demand anything from us except to be treated well which gives us extreme pleasure doing so. Love that your enjoying your animals Brent.
I'm a costumer from just outside of Nashville with 75 head. It's worth it! This thing is built so tuff it will last a life time. It has changed my farm. Plus, Greg's full of information and very passionate about helping people get their pastures in fine shape. Worth the drive!
