If you aim in the air, like straight up in first person it will always lane in the same area and almost instantly explode when it lanes. Once you learn the place it lands from this, you can start moving the mouse forward a little from where it was completely aim up in first person. You can keep moving forward calculating the place it will drop by how far you aim forward from the top with your mouse. This can’t be done too much or it becomes unable to move forward and just ends up sliding at a point when you move your mouse too far from aiming at the sky.

no, if you get stomped you loose everything including guns and grenade launcher, but i think if you reset without getting stomped you don’t loose anything.
