The kids are alright. I’m glad that there is a band that a bunch of young people look up to that isn’t promoting garbage culture….like materialism, narcissism, etc. Amazing that a band who promotes nature, spirituality, truth, freedom, and unity is like a super rare thing now. Every artist should be promoting that stuff.
I was exposed to Greta just before their first album came out. I knew they were really good with whatever they already had at that point. But I started having an experience that when I listened to their music I often wept because it was beautiful. I'm not a fanboy type, I'm a lifelong Rush fan, Rush never made me cry though. I tried figuring it out and then I went so I'm alive and I felt this amazing sense of love and camaraderie with the audience and the band. I thought maybe I'm just projecting but then I started paying attention to interviews and the things they said. Now I feel like I'm Greta Van Fleet evangelist asking everyone have you heard the good news? There is a serious connection to nature and something greater than us all that is channeled through these four young men. I am an artist and I believe that as artists we channel something greater than ourselves and a Sonic example of that. And I honestly believe that they're performing Sonic miracles as willing vessels of that otherworldly power. Either that or I'm completely insane!
Loved every sec of this video ...They talk about each other // Nice to know how they got the name.. Loves the earth and wind.. .My fav part is in the field with them playing and Josh singing ❤😃🎶
Jakey in the stripey pants! God I miss the early days. Just saw them last week for the 8th time in 5 years. The best bit was an extended version of Runway Blues...woohoo, like 5 whole minutes! Love these boys, but I'm really starting to tire of the epic concept albums and I'm hoping they'll get back to their roots one of these days. Better yet, an entire album with each track a different genre. Folk, blues, rock, country, Americana, pop, bluegrass, a cappella, classical, sci-fi cinematic...they can do it all!
😃 GVF would like to Thank Led Zeppelin and Robert Plant for their great influence on us!! Even though we can never be Great Rock Legends, like them!! We can at least try!!
