There's still the case that she didn't deny any of the allegations that she slept with another man, by anyone. She just nodded her head the entire time. If you sleep around with multiple men and get pregnant around the same time, it's going to be on YOU to prove who the father is.

She had no choice but to take him to court for child support because he refused contact and denied the child... He deliberately didn't show up to court, thinking that would solve his problem, and the court listed him as the default father... Rightly so, as the results show. He put himself in jail

My previous statement is specific to this case only, for 2 main reasons. First, two pictures were displayed @ minute 1:40 of Rylan and the father. Ears like theirs are not common, they are hereditary. LOL What are the chances? Pretty slim. My second reason, during the trial, the father said they lived in a very small town where everybody knew everybody. What are the chances that she slept with someone else who looks like the father in such a small town? Less than slim. And when I say looks like the father It is because I believe that Rylan has most of his fathers facial features, based on all the other photos that were displayed throughout the trial. I also believe that she knew for a fact that he was the father because the photos she submitted of Rylan highlight specific features that the father has, like the ears for example. But like I said in the beginning I agree with you 100%, however in this specific case (if everyone was not denying relationship to the child) I believe it would have been safe to just assume he was the father.
