i understand how mad derek is but he's being a terrible husband lol he is not giving proper communication, lashing out, and honestly treating his WIFE like shit, yeah meredith fucked up but bro didn't even ask how she was feeling loosing her JOB
Don't forget ignoring her calls regarding Zola and forgetting he has a kid coming home in the moment. He did drop the ball as a father there. She was a bad wife too, not owning up to destroying his career and apologizing for it. They both suck in this situation and Zola was the one who paid for it because they couldn't communicate and be civil and act as her parents for a few seconds. Let's not get into Mer taking Zola because that was ridiculous. Wish this story never happened because it made everybody involved insufferable
Betadine (the liquid they sprayed on the kids arm before cutting) is an antiseptic solution, and the towel over his wife's face helps trick the mind temporarily so that he can focus on the task rather than the person. Great reactions as always!
If they didn't have Zola, I would be a little more understanding of Derek's behavior. However, they do have her, which classifies his behavior as ridiculous douchebaggery, nigh unforgivable.
So many whiny immature doctors at that hospital... 😂😂😂😂 April needs to find her big girl voice like when she threatened to run Owen down with an ambulance if he didn't move...
Hey there, love your reactions and really like how you have taken to Grey's Anatomy. :) The red stuff is Betadine (povidone iodine) and it's one of the primary antiseptics that are used in hospitals along with chlorexidine. You have the version that is applied on lesions and there's the soapy version one needs to shower with before going into surgery. It's the same product used by surgeons to wash their hands before they enter the O.R.
I understand why everyone is treating Meredith like this but based on how much every single character has fucked up, you'd think they'd cut her some slack for this. People have done way worse and still want to be hypocritical over this
This is first time I didn't like or understand Miranda Bailey. She man-handled Chiristina and and treated Meredith like she did something that personally hurt her. When it was Easy who messed up she supported her. If Bailey was all about rules why did she support Easy then ? Bailey basically hates her because Richard is trying to save her which she sees as favouritism. It's like she thinks the only one Richard can show favouritism to is Bailey. Considering the complicated history between Richard and Meredith and why she is in this situation Richard does owe her, so it makes sense he would try to save her. Considering all that, Bailey's behavior seems cold, spoilt and a little selfish.
