A quick The Grey Zone lag fix video going over how to fix lag in the new Tarkov esk game The Grey Zone. The Grey Zone has yet to be fully optomized so these lag fixes should help game performance BUT there is still a lot of work to be done optomizing The Grey Zone for players with low end systems!

Having a constant 144 fps on epic and still lagging like shit. Doesn't matter if I use dlss, fsr, tsr, Xess, frame gen or reflex. The servers seem to be the issue =/

Same, 4070 here. 60fps locked and every few second it feels like the game is skipping a few frames. It’s suckes to get killed because of laggy frames under a fire fight.

@a48717 found a "solution" at least for me. I live in the eu so naturally I chose a eu server...... they laggy as hell. Switched to an asian server and voila it works like a charm. Try to change region and see if it works =)

@@GehMaFegen The region swapping wasn't the solution for me. My only main issue is around every 50 meters, my game would pause for a second like it needed a moment to render something, then continue. When this gets resolved, I'll be doing great 👍

So there is NOTHING one can do to help with the stutters? They are just too much for me to the point that it is almost pointless running the game 🥲 my cart is rtx 3090 24gb, 64 gb ram and the cpu is i9-13900k

the fsr fix worked for me yeah the graphic is a little bit shittier than i would accept normally but i achieved a stable 35-45 fps when with dlss i was at 20-30fps on avarage with low of 15 especially while using acok scopes

14900k w/4090oc and I spent over 2 hours trying to make it work before I gave up. I can't believe they are allowed to sell games in this state. Completely unplayable.

I have tried absolutely everything. What do I do if my game stutters and lags at a cap of 30fps on lowest settings?? I've already gone through and done the updates, the windows defender shit, etc. and it's not helping

What specs? Maybe you just can’t run it? I’ve got a gaming laptop with a 4080 and tbh it struggles at times

@@CerealOverdrive a buddy told me to move it to my internal storage instead of my seagate and it fixed it 😂😂😂😂 Although it still runs really really hot even on low graphics. Any way to help the temperature?

They released it early because tarkov lost a majority of its fanbase recently and this game is competition to tarkov. Pretty basic idea to understand.

@@idonteat9724 Except they had already planned a Q1 2024 release shortly after the streamer test, but had to delay. Tarkovgate was just lucky for them.

If this is the same shit as Tarkov it will be fixed as they did in 2 to 3 years... or not... the shitty server lag you can find on Myth of empires and they did not fix it for 2 years so nice ...

Tarkov has been waiting on Unity updates for better performance but it never comes. ive been playing for 3 years. I got this and im loving the idea. its just the performance is bad.
