You can use her trax to keep people in corners or out of certain corners people usually blow thier impact grenades during prep phase in plat 3 below so you can make good use of her at a middle rank, her guns are also awesome
Macie's map knowledge is so good, he would prefire spots he would be if here on the other side. Just a few bullets here and there. It's only worked for me a couple of times where I just kind of fire randomly and land a headshot. It's worked on me multiple times and I never seem to learn either.
I always think of her as a good operator, with great loadout and she has access to smoke while having a gadget that can actually helps you wasting enemies time, and she is really amazing in ranked as well

People usually tend to clown on her speed and size but she is a excellent character to use. She is equipped with AUG looking gun which is pretty good. Her LMG isn't all that bad. Then she had a Super Shorty which is godly if you know how to combine it with plants and wall breaks. Although her smokes are good, I tend to keep the breach charges only because I've been shot through the smoke many of times.

The Scorpion does not need to be nerfed. Even with the recent (and soon to be reverted) buff, it's still a trash gun on console, unless you're cheating or just godly with it on controller.

Mozzie and Gridlock definitely have had a rough reception at first, but they're slowly becoming some of the more practical picks. Great guns, great utility.
Gridlock gadget is super strong for one reason: it’s the only attacking utility that make space for your team. No other gadget do that And she also has a very good AR with arguably the best LMG in the game (fast reload, high dmg, not a hard recoil to master and an amazing ACOG variant)
I'm not a pro player by any means, but even I found some amazing counters to roamers with Gridlok. Basically pinning attackers to one rotation side. She's great and I like her machine gun.
