Gridspace publicly announces Monophone at Finovate 2022 in NYC. Monophone is a call center built around machine automation and its Grace voice bot platform and NLP-driven agent coaching.
The demo shows live agent co-pilot, using machine learning to surface documents, coaching, and alerts. It also shows the handoff of partial call data from a bot to a human and back to a second bot.
