i love this song, seeing a lot of the performers smiling in the beginning, i could tell they were excited to play, i usually smile whenever i played this on piano too :-)
@@ArcticPhilharmonic But it was the performance that made it that way! I love listening to it! I hope to be able to listen to all of you in a concert hall, one day!
@@ArcticPhilharmonic Thank you for your response amigo! Impressive performance and I hope someday being there to enjoy your magnificent work that is, for sure, way better in the theatre than RU-vid.
This has to be one of the greatest short compositions ever written. The calm before the storm (CAT 5 Hurricane Strength) parallels the genius of only a select few in documentated musical history.
I have a story 0:12 When students are chatting during exam 0:21 The teacher is starting to observe 1:12 (Violins played) The Teacher is starting to notice 1:59 (Conductor being crazy) The Teacher noticed 2:04 Teacher became angry 2:31 Teacher at its angriest peak 2:43 The Bell Rings
Every time I hear this I think of the dungeon of some sort of mechanist villain or the hideout of a tinker hero, with traps all over the place that only the owner can know and avoid safely. And as the music grows faster, it is because the intruder got too far and the tinker or his assistant is maniacally hitting all the buttons in the command center to activate all traps at once, to have at least ONE trap that can stop the invader.
Mi hijo está en música 🎶 y le gusto esta canción el tiene 11 años y me dice que lo va estudiar para poder estar allí un día saludos Desde Albuquerque no usa 🇺🇸
Yes, absolutely. I heard it in an elementary school music class 55 years ago and it`s been my favorite classic music piece since then!@@ArcticPhilharmonic
The biggest challenge with this peace is managing the pacing, as it speeds up bit by bit. If the conductor rises the speed too fast, the part where choir falls in, can be ruined quite easily. This version is a great example of how it's done!
When my phone battery 1% while playing no saving file game: (in the hall of mountain King music starts) Me: (sees the battery and quickly find the charger in my room and screaming) Me:where's the freaking charger!!!! (Sees the charger) yes (My phone shut down and the music ends) Me: nooooooooooo
😁😆😆 To all of the people noticing "...Muntain King" thingy, nobody's perfect, even though it's still funny. Sorry. Lol! It's still an AWESOME performance - he caught the violin/viola players' excitement, the back of the director's vibrating wooden hair when he got going...all of it was great! So yay!! I've never heard a choir with this, so that was new. And pretty amazing!
