Acts as a reviewing body for complaints turned into the Association to determine whether to dismiss or send forward to the Professional Standards Committee for a hearing. Members are required to be a REALTOR® member for two consecutive years to be eligible, and all members of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committee must attend an approved training session as soon as possible after committee appointment and at least every two years after.
