Hello there.
This is the first lightsaber color change edit I made a while ago. It was just an experiment so It's rough but hope you enjoy what the fight would look like with red lightsabers.

This honestly seems like it was extremelyyyyy difficult to edit. Literally frame by frame the blue & green blades had to be red as well as each reflection on grievous' armor. Well done!

Imagine if this was how we met Grievous. Obi-Wan already having the first Sith kill in 100 years, then Grievous reveals(or if wanna interpret it more, implies) he killed four and plans to make him another Jedi on his kill count.

I keep seeing in the comments Grievous is a sith or something like that because he has light sabres but he’s not. Not at all force sensitive. 1 reason I think he exists because everyone can have light sabre don’t need the force to have one like in most movies say they are a symbol not light sabre + force = Jedi or sith grievous is never seen to have force power before I think most people are confused because he say “I’ve been trad in your Jedi arts myself” and plus if he had red light sabres the count would make them red with his hate every time

Dooku told Grievous that he could not just beat a jedi in a normal way because he did not have acces to the force. Grievous had to scare them, make them unfocused so they would not be able to use the force. That is why he is using the blades of the Jedi he kills. Kenobi probaly knows every single one of those sabers. But the red looks cool though

Grievous is neither a Sith nor a force user, so it simply just doesn't fit his character even if it may look better (though I think it would look better if all of his sabers were the same color period).

@@thehumanity0 Grievous having different colored lightsabers has nothing to with his character, it has to do with the circumstances in which he got them. You could easily flip this around and say "Grievous isn't a Jedi, so having Jedi lightsabers doesn't match his character" but it still wouldn't make sense.

@@alexwisecup4167 The reason Grievous has different colored lightsabers is because he collects them from dead Jedi like trophies. It absolutely has to do with his character, it shows he's more like a bounty hunter in many ways than a Sith. Dooku has scolded him for putting too much value in his "pursuit of trinkets" and accused them of clouding Grievous's reality. If you're specifically just alluding to the lightsaber colors, I imagine Lucas Film designed them that way to highlight Grievous's obsession for collecting trophies, so yes it does matter stylistically what color they are otherwise viewers may not have understood their significance to Grievous and how they came from the multiple different dead Jedi that Grievous has slain.

What really angers me about Grievous is that as someone who wields 4 blades, no one should survive against him. All he has to do is parry his opponent with 1 to 3 blades and once they are exposed use the last to cut them down

The movies can’t really show how fast Jedi can move just by the nature of being a movie. The official novelizations describe Palpatine vs Mace for example as being so fast Anakin could barely even see what was going on and this fight as having Obi-Wan blocking dozens of strikes in less than a second

Did you ever hear the Tragedy of Darth Grievous the Wise? I thought not It's not story the Jedi would tell you it's a sith legend. Darth Grievous was a Dark lord of the sith so powerful and so wise he could use the force to influence the midiclorians to create Fine Additions to his collection. If you look closely, the two lightsabers in Grievous’s right hands (our left) are Obi-Wan’s and Anakin’s, but they got their lightsabers back. Just a funny little mistake there.

Canadian Gopnik Ventress is, there was a The Clone Wars episode arc that was one of the many that got cancelled thanks to Disney where Ventress and Quinlan Vos teamed up to try and kill Dooku, and Ventress ends up getting killed

1:03 I’ve always wondered if it was laziness or an intentional Easter egg. Look at the lightsabers Grievous is holding with his right arms. They look identical to Obi-Wan’s and Anakin’s. Maybe he felt cheated by missing out on those fine additions at the beginning of the movie and just went and made copies.

If you really wanted to make Grievous cool, you would have him not talk nearly as much and make him beat multiple Jedi at a time with just 2 lightsabers.... oh wait.

Imagine how cool Grevious would’ve been if his story was that he killed a bunch of Palpatine’s former apprentices, so Palpatine hired him as General because of his skill in taking down sith. Would’ve made him seem more powerful in my opinion.

you can see that the lightsaber hilts for grevious consist of Adi-gallia, Ki-adi Mundi on the right, and OBIWAN & ANAKINS hilt designs on the left (same obiwan hilt design as the one that Obiwan is holding in the exact same shot at) 1:02

I know this prolly took a lot of time and effort but... could you do this with Leia's lightsaber in Rise of Skywalker and make it purple? Carrie Fisher said she wanted a purple lightsaber and I really need that.
