Ben, you've done it again! These vids are rube and top notch! Also this Play Rite program roll in particular happens to be an old favorite played on the Wurlitzer 165 at Glen Echo Park, Glen Echo, Maryland.
@@andrewlardieri4110 I'm a PTC, Wurlitzer and Ruth & Sohn bloke, and a bloke who mostly enjoys antique carousels still in traditional/original/amusement-park-era buildings. In my opinion, a carousel feels complete with a grand or traditional amusement-park-era building... one really gets the feeling of being in the era of an amusement park when they're on an original amusement-park-era ride, or a carousel in an original authentic amusement-park-era building! Talk about traditional buildings, if I was or am ever able to claim PTC 53 then it's going in a Stone Gothic Dome building designed like a cathedral. I'm addicted to Gothic Cathedrals.
@@BenSchwartzLuckily, there’s a Looff Carousel and Ruth band organ at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. I recommend trying out the Santa Cruz carousel because it provides a hard clown game. However, that metal ring challenge is accessible to the outside row only. So yeah, I recommend trying that out because of this.
