Griffith Park Pony Rides - Encounter With Protesters. 2-4 

So the whole argument is not about money but the animals? I can't quite understand how the ponies could be getting abused from the rides as long as no animal laws were broken there.

I’m curious if these protestors are vegan. If they are it’s consistent in their worldviews so I get the protesting. However if they’re not it’ll be damn hilarious if someone challenged their lifestyle.

What are they even protesting about if the pony rides are already closing down...? Anyway, they're calling it "slavery", give me a break... those are domesticated horses. Horses have been domesticated thousands of years ago. That simply is the process of taming an animal, and domestication of animals lies at the heart of human civilization. Quote, "The domestication of plants and animals by humans was a major cultural innovation ranked in importance with the conquest of fire, the manufacturing of tools, and the development of verbal language." Now all of a sudden they want to equate it to slavery? Without domesticated horses, nobody would be where they are today, we would be hundreds of years behind in our development. Plus, that line of argumentation goes nowhere. I mean, what are they planning next, going up to dog owners and cutting the leash to set the dog free from slavery?

Now I understand why you didn't take Rowdy to this park and why the "sad day" in the title of the previous video. Ponies for petting not ride. Like Rowdy.
