Then, the plaintiff says he bought tires from the defendant, but they turned out to be rotted. He claims he’s lucky they didn’t cause an accident, so he’s suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff brought his own tires into her shop to be mounted on his car, so she owes him nothing.
