Wow that was awesome I just bought some corn and some fresh corn and I put the butter the mayonnaise chili powder and cilantro just like you did oh came out fantastic thank you so much it was great because I had all the ingredients I even had the Tejan Mexican chili spice is in the bottle to put it but I tried the chili powder like you did oh my God it was fantastic and chili powder so much cheaper than it is right although the Tejan has a variety of spices blended together either way they’re great will definitely make it to the family and potluck at work when we get back to work when this Covid pandemic ends or at least make it to the neighbors thank you yeah that is corn season corn is so inexpensive right now thank you again great demo

Just a little suggestion on your street corn... raise the temperature a bit. For the juiciest corn you'll want to cook it only for about 5 minute on the grill.

I appreciate the tip. Thank you. I did make it recently again and did have the temp up a little higher. Both times it came out great.

i saw a recipe for a smoker that suggested 1 hour on 180 degrees. Then @ 500 degrees for 20 minutes turning every 5 minutes. What temperature are you talking and maybe it's different on a regular grill with a higher temp vs lower needing more time?
