Thanks for the videos. I have a question. How does crew work. On the army builder, it is put in the weapons like this. "Crew (A2)". Is this just saying where the extra attacks are coming from?
Hey Fitz! love your videos as usual. small note, the horse rider fellows with the spell to make them charge would actually be able to charge 22 inches that turn!
I see you didn't mention one of my favorite combos. Take veterans; give them the AP4 in melee. Throw in a commander with Battle Drills to amp up the number of hits and a powerfist for more AP4 attacks. Put them in a Light Gunship so they'll get to wherever they need to ragepunch. With a double-sized unit and the commander, 14 AP4 attacks on 4+ with exploding 6s for an average 8 AP4 hits against whatever target needs to get its 2+ armor cracked. Granted, the unit w/ commander is 270 pts and the gunship is 260 pts, but it sure takes out targets that are a lot more expensive than themselves
Never a dull moment when running a conscript build. Always baffling seeing the straggling survivors post battle compared to their starting numbers. Glad to have stumbled onto this channel. Good stuff.
Thanks for making this video it was super helpful! Im new to OPR and my first list has some bad calls in it. This video helped point me in the right directions
If it wasnt for those pesky force composition rules lol. I have about 300 conscripts that I made for this army, it was the last one I put together for 40k. Then GW changed the army comp in the 9th edition codex so I couldn't get 300 bodies on the board.
