All hail space King! Great job on those miniatures. The space King miniatures look amazing with their paint job. Also double thumbs up to whoever did the STL files. Well done.
Really like the new way you're reviewing the units. By playing around with loadouts during the review, we get a feel for what's possible with that unit.
The new format with interactive screen is awesome. A lot more entertaining. Adding the scatter terrain definitely helps the interest of the battlefield.
Nice stuff bud just a bit in atm :-) Space Kangs!! lets go. Also Eightleg Miniatures are cool have some nice models, one of their main artists used to work with DakkaDakka Store but he left some drama happened and they also have alot of models that DakkaDakka had up originally that he worked on in part (bit of a weird one) they tried to claim that dakkadakka stole them when it was done months ago but he worked for them at the time making them with others. Very odd anyway both make great models :-D Going to print off some of DakkaDakka Stores The Crimson Wings Kickstarter project Want some Blood Brothers :-D
I took my prime brothers out last night I proxied roboute as an attack walker with as much close combat capability and he hit like an absolute truck I also took the grave prime master (marneus) with a guard squad which managed to kill 20 orks 1 truck and 1 buggy with ease! My army consisted of less than 30 bros Vs 70-80 orks and they did some work for the win!
Oh, good timing, just started OPR to get away from the disaster that is 10th. I did a test game or orks vs 'prime brothers' last night and noticed that primes seem to be heavily overpriced, especially considering the one wound and not a lot of firepower for each model. The orks completely obliterated them to the point that several units didn't do anything and the sheer amount of models was too much for the primes to shoot off the table. I noticed that primes just increased in cost as well, which put my initial 2k lists at about 60-80 points over. Seems to me that subfactions need to be a free choice and expanded to all the factions (or just not have them at all if to keep it simple). I'll admit ignorance though, one test game is hardly enough to have "real experience" but I have played 40k for close to 30 years :D
@@alankennedy5759 It’s mostly the alternating activations that really tweaks the game. It’s not a terribly new system, a lot of smaller games have used it for decades, but it makes it gimmicky. At least the increased points costs mitigates it so you have a max of ten units at 2k. Can’t quite figure out primes though, they just seem… bad.
I recently found your channel, and im loving this how to play videos, i like the proxy showcase in the review as well, not using the gw models. This format is perfect to learn and fun to watch.
Regular Prime ATV: A weapons-carrying buggy that everybody keeps lambasting. Maybe somewhere out there in the huge archives of 3D print files a cooler redesign of the buggy exists, but I have not seen it. Eight Legged Miniatures Prime ATV: Replaces the weapons-carrying buggy for Battle Brothers living their “Dino Riders” dreams with the gun-carrying armored Geckos from the Warp. Perfection.
not in the case of single models. If you combined them and both have the upgrades they would have 2 medics in the squad, one medic across the whole of the combined squad gives the same effect. Its just more susceptible to snipers. Just like you can upgrade 1 of them in each squad to have the sergeant weapons. For rules like veteran infantry yeah that needs to be on both squads.
If an upgrade says "all models" then both squads must be upgraded before merging them, otherwise you can just upgrade one model on each squad and still be able to merge them.
I forgot who specifically. Go to cults3d and search for space king. Or go to Google and search for "space king STL" and you should find them there. Probably more available now
