The HEATFS round doesn’t usually finish off targets. If you use HEATFS all the time, you’re likely to only inflict some damage against other tanks. Even when you have a chance to hit someone’s weak spot (which normally takes 1 APCBC shot for the kill), it often requires 2-3 well placed shots with HEATFS to secure a kill. You'll be lucky to get off 2-3 shots without being killed most of the time because at this BR/Tier, opponents can appear unexpectedly, and the sights on these tanks aren’t suitable for sniping. This applies to my experience with these tanks/rounds at tier IV and V I use both
@@joem8601 I play with the leopard 1 every day in “close combat”, I just aim near the cannon and the gunner or maybe the breach is dead. Overpressure, ammoracking is easier in my experience. Just don’t be stupid and peck at the wrong time and have a good sense of positioning.
@@MaxTheLegend_YTI’m pretty sure the tiger and leopard rounds do more damage I also know all about the rounds I have/use in regard to the penetration and other disadvantages so I can proudly say I’m no longer a noob when it comes to the shooting angle, sloped armor pen, and the damage of the rounds
@@MaxTheLegend_YT True but I just checked to make sure You have an 88mm on the Tiger II H The Israeli Sho’t has an 84mm The MAGACH 1 & 2 have 90mm cannons but all are still mostly at a disadvantage
Some of the shots folks be hitting on me are insane. Just yesterday a T-34 squeezed a shot in between the side of my frontal armor. He was in front of me, and I guess the StuG model had just enough hotbox for a ricochet. Either that or the round over pressured the guys inside (not possible with APHE)
I have 42 tanks and planes from the Israel tech tree, for now. I already had Merkava M2D and also the Weizman Spitfire premium. I got all planes from the tech tree, there are the Vautours, the Super Mysteres, Netz and K2000 not full equiped, but all other are full. For tanks, its a bit harder, because I don't want to full equiped all Magachs (and also all olds USSR vehicules, because of my own pride). 42 vehicules for 30 full, maybe 33 next Monday. Its long to hell to finish everything!
Bro, if with the hovet you press *Y* and then *1* several options appear, I think it is the number *8* that allows you to improve the range of the radar to fix better :)
The magach 1/2 have been some of the worst experiences I have in this game. And do keep in mind that i enjoyed playing the pt-76 back in 2020. When it still took +10s to reload.
Always go from cover to cover use expert crews learn your maps use aa to help keep you in the game learn the weak spots on enemy play with good team mates use a good cas.good luck.
People say France is the worst tree but nah they at least get better. This nation is just pure trash from start to finnish😂 like even its most modern merkava mk4 has 0 armor and gets 1 shot with ease
@@maxpopkov1432yeah that ariete is pure garbage, but still, the merkava can easily survive some shots, and that can every tank. You just need to know where to shoot!
