Me and my mom just visited Jungfrau region and stayed in Grindelwald on 10-13 Oct...we bought the Top of Europe pass though as we went to Jungfraujoch...it was a magical trip...got most of the tips from you guys! Thank you so much for making my Swiss Alps bucket list happened!

We were there last week of September , it was raining and cloudy . Was not able to do the Flyer and gliders in First due to bad weather . But over all we have a blast , Grindelwald is a charming and beautiful town . Definitely will go back here soon .

Hi, Was it really expensive over there and do the people in shops speak much English? I can't decide between here and Ischgl, Austria.

@@1Flyingfist Hi, I would say yes (very). So to give you an idea, for a week me and my husband, we paid in total 3000 EUR (including flights from Romania). We did not stayed in expensive hotels but, we spent the most on visiting various places (ex: Top of Europe (Jungfraujoch), Pitz Gloria Restaurant (favourite place so far) Grinderwald, Interlaken (I did paragliding there, was ok), Wengen, Lauterbrunnen, Mountain Rollercoaster, Zurich, Bern, Lucerna and we started the week by visiting the mountain in Wasserauen/Appenzell (Schäfler and Aescher). Almost everyone speak English there, so all went well. Go for Switzerland, we fell in love with the country.

@Victor Hugo Bravo Durán hi there! Sure! I was there in october with my wife and we had a blast. I planned an activity per day, that way we had a chance to explore it fully. I would recommend buying the swiss pass if you're traveling through out, which I recommend. We stayed by interlaken which we used as a starting point.

I am interested in seeing the Italian part of Switzerland. It seems pretty to visit in the Fall. I have been to Grindelwald for short visit and definitely would want to go back there in the future.

Watched your other videos and took your great advice when visiting Grindelwald last June-July. We loved being there so much and this video makes me really want to return in the fall. Beautiful colors just like we have here in New England right now - but with the magnificent setting that is Bernese Oberland. Thanks so much for sharing this fall trip and showing more activities that We need to do when we return! Traveling to Chamonix next June-July - do you have any tips for that area - would love to see you guys do a video of the Mont Blanc region!

Fabulous and helpful video! I took SO MANY notes! We are staying in Grindelwald this September and you just helped me map out a good tentative itinerary! Thank you! How would you recommend traveling from Zurich (we land at 6am) to Grindelwald? Just the train thru Bern? Or is this a better option?

We both work full time in corporate jobs! I work from home in the evenings so I watch my daughter during the day (she is not in day care) We travel a lot during the weekends as Switzerland is so small, it makes it easy to take short trips.

Kids up to 5 travel free… as far as I know there’s no age restriction, it‘s your responsibility as a parent to decide whether your kid can do with the altitude (11400 ft). Hope you‘ll have fun! 😊

Thank you so much for such an informative video. I will be traveling to Switzerland for 2days only in November 28-30th and one of those two days I want to stay in grindelwald doing everything you did, so thank you. Can you please suggest me one thing if you don't. So I will be in Switzerland only for 2 days, first day I'll be in zurich and Lucerne and then next day in grindelwald. Can you please suggest me what pass should I buy for all the activities you did? Or should I just buy individual tickets for each. Thank you again.

Hi Nabila! There are a lot of closures that week in Grindelwald, but you can certainly still hike and visit the Jungfrau Top of Europe! There will be plenty of things to do in Lucerne and Zürich however! For that length of time and since you’ll be in several different locations I recommend just buying individual tickets! Buy in advance on the app and look for super savers!

Yes, I just found out the whole activities we planned to do in Grindelwald First will be closed for the day we will be visiting, so right now, we honestly don't know what to do on our 2nd day and where to stay after spending the first day in zurich and Lucerne. It's so last minute, and we only have two days. We're just lost at this point. But thank you again for your help. And happy holidays. 😊

Hi, planning a trip to Switzerland in June and debating in staying in either Grindelwald or Wilderwill, I do plan to hike at least a couple of days and walk alot as well as some day trips to nearby villages and Town so not sure where would it be best to choose my Airbnb at either of those 2 villages. Any advices greatly appreciated .

Hi! As a Swiss hiker I‘d say Grindelwald is more spectacular due to its location and its views. Therefore accomodations may be more expensive than Wilderswil… but if you choose Grindelwald, many great hikes are just on your doorstep! Also, Grindelwald is very close to nice villages like Wengen or Lauterbrunnen. But, as mentioned, my main reason for chosing Grindelwand are the hiking options there! Hope you enjoy your trip!

The reason the berner Oberland pass isn’t available in November is because many trains will be closed - the schynige Platte, mannlichen, rothorn, and the boats on lake Brienz won’t be operational. grindelwald First is open until nov 6, schilthorn and Jungfraujoch open as well

You are reporting from beautiful Switzerland. The colors in fall are beautiful, and the captured scenes are magnificent. Time to enjoy and relax. But why are you pushing the viewers through these scenes at a speed that is anything but relaxing? The introduction is presented as if the woman is about to miss the train and has to get it over with as fast as possible. Slow down people - you got the raw material that is perfect. Don't over-edit it. Let it flow - the way - vacation time in Switzerland should be.
