Dude, "time" varies through ranks, Retals calling "time" constantly when he's playing at ssl is the most normal thing, the difference between "time", "lots of time" and someone challenging you is literal seconds. So yeah, when challenges come at you consistently from different players at different angles every 3 seconds, it makes perfect sense to call out time whenever there's enough of it to make a better play than just getting the ball over the opponent. But if you feel like he's exaggerating then please point that out where cause I didn't see it.

How can you say "Im not hating" when the first thing you say is "I don't like Retals playstyle." there's no point in having 3 pro defenders back. Especially when one of them is a world class 1v1 player, probably why he was playing more upfield this game. Also probably one of the reasons they won the first 2 games, free big boosts and open passes. He's comming bump because, 1 most the time it doesn't matter either way the person on ball is going to do the same thing, and 2 sometimes just the threat or a nudge is enough to create space for an open shot. You obviously don't play 3s, there is a reason he is pro and you're not, not to mention LG just beat one of the favorite "mechanical" NA pro teams in a tournament.

You claim you love Retals yet you criticise basically his whole playstyle that was beautifully showcased in this video. The guy is a well rounded player, on top of being a good captain already. There's a reason he's still one of the best in the game and gets org deals and gets to play with other really good players. He still consistently gets high mmr in ranked and grinds for it constantly. He also criticizes himself more than anyone I've seen (well, maybe apart from AppJack) so he doesn't really need random fans telling him his fundamentals are not working, he can figure it out himself if that's the case.
