Lunar is 1/5000 at night, but you got it during day, so it was 10x as rare to obtain (it is the same aura though, just harder to get in the day, so you got lucky)

Breakthrough is when you get a rarity when the conditions are not right. If it is snowy glacier is one in 250 but when it is not snowy breakthrough it is one in 2500
