Coyotes can't be eradicated anywhere. They evolved with wolves that hunted them, so they have breeding techniques for survival. A female does a role call to the males. If their aren't enough, the female goes into heat. They can have up to 10 pups. Wolves on the other hand don't have this. Only the dominant pair breeds and they only have up to 4 pups.

Forrest said “half the states already have a grizzly bears and they are doing fine” and then he listed Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho as examples(which for the record are the only states in the lower 48 to have them). Three states with the least amount of people per square foot in the lower 48. To put things in perspective, there is as many people in Orange County California as there is Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, combined 😂

Have these guys not read the journals of Lewis and Clark? The very, very early fur trappers first recorded sightings of “blonde bears” in like the 1600s. Lewis and Clark were familiar with the accounts of the blonde bear and thought it was a different species from the grizzly bears they encountered, which they initially called red bears. I’m pretty sure it’s been established they’re all the same species. Maybe not. Google blonde grizzly and there’s really cool pictures of them with blood stained fur.

Hey man I've been watching you guys for a while now and I've always loved Forrest's work and dedication towards knowledge and he has inspired me as well towards wildlife and extinct animals but I've just came to know about a thing about Forrest's find of the Fernandina Tortoise. So apparently this other guy on RU-vid named "All About Nature" published a video of 25 extinct or alive animals in which one of them was fern and he took a jab at Forrest saying that he stole the credit of the guy whose help their entire team was taking and who knew the Island the best and claimed that he was the one who first discovered Ferm and now Forrest and when he told everyone about seeing a tortoise a little far away then Forrest rushed there and held fern up saying that he had found it and there were multiple articles published about the same saying how the people of the island and other are angry at Forrest for falsely claiming the find. You guys can see his yt channel 'all about nature 25 extinct animals ' search this up. As a fan of the show and Forrest I demand to hear the other side of the story. Forrest's side. Like this so that they can see this and talk about it on the pod.

The bear you most likely saw is what’s called a cinnamon bear, it’s a black bear with a brownish coat,, they are common in Yosemite, but still an impressive bear, you can tell with with black bears and grizzlies because the grizzly has a concave shaped forehead and a big hump on its shoulder, a black bear has more of a straight and narrow head and little to no hump on the shoulder, but who knows, they could possibly have grizzlies back in California already

I live with the grizzly outside Glacier National Park 50 miles from a town in a national forest . It has the largest concentration of grizz in the lower 48.Last year in a 6 week period in spring I had 9 different grizzly outside my home eating the sweet grass the year before 8 etc etc. Some were very blonde ,mixture of blonde and dark and dark with the silver hair on the back witch is where the word grizzly came from. I have had grizz within 30 feet from me on my property and it walked away. They are not as violent as people think and actually dont want to be near humans .They are constantly looking for food , mate in june and sleep in winter so it is imperative you dont leave anything outside that would attract them dog or horse food bird seed barbecue grill etc. They do need a lot of land to survive.

It is what it is, you respect them and aren’t a complete moron your fine. They are being introduced into Yosemite which is far from the major cities. @jaexotics 6 месяцев назад
@@nikprudhomme3735 out of curiosity why would your argument be no? Wolves and bears used to roam CA until we hunted them to extinction. They’re going to balance out the ecosystem eating over populated species which is important for the ecosystem as a whole. They will be introduced into Yosemite, far from any major population/city. There roughly over 500,000 deer alone in CA which is a huge population. There’s plenty of food for them. I have bears where I live and if you respect them and aren’t dumb you are fine. It’s the people who will try to take selfies with it that are done for which in that case, it’s just Darwinism 😂 there is.
