Yes, when you could have spent those 11 minutes of your life in your room staring at the little machine while it showed you different images that would have fulfilled your true purpose in this life. LOL.
Damn i missed it. I was skipping past the footage of the flea wandering the landscape of the bear. I did see the flea stop and use a follicle as a scratching post though. Astounding footage!
Awesome VIDEO Brother That was an amazing & Awesome Job you did.I love the way the Moose new The Grizzly would come after the other Baby.SO It ran done the River To Hide it’s Sent. Great Job Brother keep up the great Job
All I could think was at least kill your meal quickly. And I thought moose were supposed to be vicious in protecting their kids. Mom actually asked her kids 'hey guys want to see a bear' and trotted down
I wonder how it would've looked with a more zoomed in perspective? Or with a drone or something? I kinda think the bear had to have been hidden or something in the brush and the mom got caught off guard by the sudden attack. Otherwise it makes no sense that she would just casually trot up to the bear then run off leaving her calves as soon as he moved. I mean, if it were a failed bluff charge and the bear stood its ground then maybe I could see something like that playing out like this but obviously that isn't what happened.
Battle? I must have missed that part. I saw a bear scratch its ass on nature. Then skipped 10 minutes of wandering. Then it was chow time... awesome comentary and editing. A true testiment to being noob.
At the 3:00 mark there's a moose with two calves that come upon the bear. One of the calves is taken by the bear. The battle was short and one sided but it was there.
I lived in Alaska in the 90s and my Step Father used to be foreman at Cambiar intl. and the Valdez Creek Mining Company. Some of the largest open pit gold mines in the world. He would camp away from the mine. The mine itself was dry. And he liked to drink. I did not see any bears when I went out on a 4 wheeler and got stuck down by a creek. My Mom handed me her 357 magnum for protection. And while I was stuck I saw the biggest set of tracks. I got pretty nervous those tracks were minutes old and thought to myself that the 357 did not pack enough punch. I got that damn 4 wheeler unstuck and got out of there. Rather use his friend Jacks 50 cal desert Eagle. Was not sure if my Pops 44 was enough. Black Hawk. Well Smith and Wesson might beat four aces, but not sure about giant bears. I live mostly in Canada and had seen some big big tracks, but the ones in Alaska were even bigger.
@@lynnfuentas9236 You'd be surprised what mothers can do to protect their offspring. I've seen many animals defend their offspring, some successful and some not, but they tried.
And this is the mama moose that we encounter in our streets and dare to wonder is she friendly? I think the story would have been different if it was her only calve or is it fawn? This is a perfect example of mother nature!
It looked like that grizzly smelled out and found a used moose trail. Moreover, the way the female moose walked down toward that waiting bear probably meant she hadn’t a clue of a scent it was there. The little wind that was there might had been blowing toward the bear. A hunter once told me, like any deer, a moose would generally use the same trail - especially one that led to food or water. Sadly, a grizzly was waiting in ambush. In the end she was lucky enough to escape, but lost one of her twins.
There was actually a 2 moose, and a bear looking for food as always. Then I also saw a bird flying following a bear. It was a real nice scenery anyway. I don’t know what else to say. 😊
Same here, nice scenery and that was about it. I will give to the very young moose calf that survived. It was a tough little bugger to keep up with mom for that distance and terrain.
I didnt even see a fight. I had to skip so much wandering grizzly the video became moot. I get more action from yogi the bear reruns. The highlight of this video was watching a grizzly use a tree as a back scratcher... so dumb. Just make it stop. Im pretty sure if this person put in an advertisement, they would have to pay the advertiser. Not the other way around. Its so bad you guys are talking about the birds and the bees...
Normally I'd have harsh words about using a false title but the ( battle ) was interesting and I believe the camara man did his homework to get this remarkable footage if only a glimpse of a moment in the Alaskan wild !
Only battle here was between bears teeth and the calfs bones. The author of the title apparently isn't familiar with hunter and prey. Side note momma moose fugged-up!
It was a dire situation; the mother basically sacrificed one calf so she could get away with the other. Had she defended against the bear and lost, the bear would have killed all three.
All i saw was yogi looking for picnick baskets and scratching its ass on a tree. IM NOT PARSING THROUGH ALL THIS DATA TO FIND THE NATURE FIGHTING. i fully expect commentary and editing to guide me on my watching journey.
so what happened the grizzly got the first calf killed it dragged it across the river and then left it behind? didn't seem like it was there long enough to eat it
What battle! I heard more insect noise than I saw the Grizzly searching and the 25 seconds of the Moose running through the creek! I vote this video for an award!!
I was thinking an absolutely huge male moose was going to arrive as that calf was being killed and it was going to be an epic battle. Or the female moose was going to go back and it was going to be an epic battle ..
