Great video man! Love the simplicity. Fitness influencers love to get fancy with their meals and at times feel unrealistic. I'll be giving this a go and see how I like it!
Publix and Whole Foods sell grinded almond butter and peanut butter and that is the only thing you will find. No added sugar, oils or chemicals. For jam/jelly, place strawberries, blueberries, black berries in a pan with a little bit of water and give it about 10 minutes. Go smashing then as they get hot and soft and then let it sit for about 10 minutes to cools down. I do all three at the time.
I started my fitness journey at 201.5 lbs in February of last year and now I'm 149 after this past weekend and I follow the anabolic diet and intermittent fasting. And I like the way I feel after eating like this for a year. I also have a cheat meal every Sunday and Thursday nights are my higher protein and high fat and moderate carbs. And Sundays I don't track calories at all.
Greta video! I really appreciate how open you are with everyone. I've watched a few other RU-vid channels of guys who are really fit but have never actually had to go through the experience of dropping any weight. Yours is by far the best and most relatable. So thank you! Random side note...what's the song in your intro?
Love your haul check out the keto friendly bread and hamburger buns at Aldi they have 0 net carbs in the bread and 40 calories. The buns have 2 net carbs and 60 calories
Hey brotha , I have a question , should I worry about sodium when it comes strictly to fat loss ? I know it’ll probably hold on to water weight , but long term does it have any effect ? Thanks in advance !
Hit up the local Walmart to copy this grocery haul, but no 647 bread. I’m thinking maybe they don’t have it up here in Canada?? Anyway, found some stuff that will work, gonna try copying your meal prep day and see how it goes. Thanks for sharing - love your channel dude.
Greek yoghurt is amazing and so damn versatile. I eat it every morning and you are so right about the protein, it is a sneaky way to get a butt tonne done easily. Loving the food ideas just wish there was a Walmart on Switzerland, whilst I’ve cut out a lot of bread currently it’s hard to find a good healthy bread when you want it. Have a great day sir
Enjoy your videos. I’m down 25lbs since the middle of lockdown. Can you recommend a meal replacement/protein shake with zero sugar and caffeine that I could eat for lunch on the days I am on the go? Thanks!
So how tall are you? I'm sure it's on one of your videos. I noticed on your FitnessPal that you goal was 2200 calories. Don't know your stats or anything, and I'm one of those guys (older in the case) that likes to break down and compare. I hope I'm not being tooooo nosey.
@@JacksonDesjardins excellent. Guys like you are motivating to those who need it. I follow you and Tennyson mostly, but a couple others. Keep up the good work and keep motivating!
Dang it Jackson now I gotta go get a 647 pb&j... lol. But seriously I do love those rice cups though. Dude I just found the powerful yogurt this week! So awesome. I use it to make tuna instead of mayo. Also down 7 more lbs. Gettin it!
Great video! I am going to grab some of those turkey burgers for sure. I never knew anything about that particular bread but I do now and will try it out, thanks! I have lost 40lbs in 90 days but am always looking for new nutritious meals to try out, keep the videos coming!
Loved the grocery haul and of course the 647 bread because of you that's my favorite I like the multigrain. And thats a good idea about how you make the eggs I have to try that. Keep up the great work! And one more thing your Walmart is better than ours in CT.
