Back when I had my Bullet, someone asked me how old it was, and when I told him it was an ‘01 he got upset and told me it wasn’t that old. He must’ve thought I meant 1901. 😂
Just bought three of these - me, son and friend. I've been riding since 1971, and this is probably the most fun I've had since then! I've owned and ridden a lot of bikes, but make no mistake, this one is a blast, and affordable! In my case, we got the Classic 350 "Reborn" models. OTD, with all taxes, fees, etc, they were about $6500. I feel that they were a great buy! The fun we are having hasn't worn off one bit! You CANNOT go anywhere without getting into a conversation. This is not a bike for introverts - unless you just see riding past other humans :) I've had a couple guys thinking it was a $20k bike, and when I told them how much it cost, they almost passed out! You can't beat it. Listen to what he says - it's not a race bike, it's a smile while you ride bike...
ALMIGHTY GOD KABIR is the father of all souls that JESUS, MOHAMMAD, GURU NANAK, VEDH was telling in BIBLE, QURAN, GURU GRANTHA SAHEB Almighty God KABIR is the CREATOR OF all SOULS -- SAINT RAMPALJI MAHARAJ
Funny thing. Here in Brazil we usually pay double for american cars or bikes, but because that bike is Indian, we actually pay less for one of those here than in America, England, etc. 30.000 dollars for a Harley Road King, 4000 dollars for a RE 350 Classic Signals. Amazing !
I get the same thing with my classic 350 people all coming up and checking it out. I had no idea people would be loving it as much as I did when I seen it online I went after it. One person asked why I didn't get a bigger bike. Well lots of reasons but mostly because they don't look like the classic 350. I don't like to run 70+ 55-65 is quite comfortable I've had mine not quite a month and already put nearly 1100 miles on it. Thanks for the video.
@arkansasoutdoorschannel1867 it's a 2 part test here. Just passed the first part today. 😄👍 Now, I have to book part 2. My classic desert sand is waiting at the dealership for me. 😄👍
@@arkansasoutdoorschannel1867well, I passed all my tests. Getting this exact bike delivered tomorrow. Same crash bars. Pillion seat removed. Panniers being delivered. Just need to order the seat. 😂
Just saw your video and i have to agree, motorcycle medicine really works. Back in the old days, if you feel down and feel sad, we just hop in our bikes and ride and at the wnd of the day it will put a smile in your face. Ride safe. Im still rocking my RE conti GT650.
I’ve got a Ural Gear Up in desert camo and it’s the same thing at every gas stop, food stop, or shopping. There’s even a name for it among we sidecar riders: UDF for Ural Delay Factor. Now you’ve got me jonesing for a 350 Classic in the Signal paint job. Speedwise, the Ural and the RE are the same: happiest at 50-60 mph.
I lusted after the Ural bikes for years. I was always too poor and broke to afford one when they were easy to find. I always thought they were really cool bikes. The RE Classic is a great bike and I am very happy with it. I think if you could figure out how to add about 10hp to it it would be perfect. Id does just need a little more ummp.
I’d use it mainly as a commuter as my route is 35-45 mph. Then toodle around the county roads I ride on the hack. Yeah, Urals have gotten absurdly expensive since I bought my Tourist in 2004 and sold after 48,000 klicks in 12 years. Bought a used Gear Up in 2018 and have really enjoyed it.
I'm thinking of buying one too, preferably the bronze Chrome one I always like the classic look on a motorcycle and yes Royal Enfield is the longest running motorcycle company, the going price for it here in Europe is 5600 euro for the 350 classic. I'm sure it's a little more expensive here than it is there in the states but it's okay. It's a beautiful looking motorcycle.
For the head problem because of strong pressure differences. I recommend using some nose spray with something like salty sea water, and keep your nose moist so that it'a easier for the pressure inside your head to balance against the outside pressure. I hope it helps. I love your bike and the reviews that you did with it ❤
You should get it serviced at your nearby royal enfield outlet for better fuel mileage. Company claims 40 KMPL. In real world usage you should expect aroumf 35 KMPL. But what you are getting is 28.5 KMPL (if converted from gallons and miles to liters and Km's with numbers you mentioned in the video)
Thanks for the ride along! (BTW: your camera and audio are great!). I just stumbled on your channel while searching for R-E Classic and Hunter 350 content. I just dropped a deposit on a 2023 R-E Hunter 350 yesterday, so I'll be picking it up in a few days. ̶H̶o̶w̶ ̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶g̶e̶t̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶w̶i̶t̶h̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶C̶l̶a̶s̶s̶i̶c̶ ̶a̶f̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶a̶n̶o̶t̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶y̶e̶a̶r̶?̶ ( edit: I just saw that you sold it for the CT125... congrats!). I'll dig through your other videos for more content ASAP! Cheers! 😉👍 --QM
@@arkansasoutdoorschannel1867 wow! i have an re 350 and the continental gt650 from royal enfield itself here in india. riding on these sorts of beautiful green roads is what brings me peace and i feel the best about the bike in these sorts of roads.
My RE bikes have been great so far. I just wish they could make a lighter, faster, version of the Classic that was a little more scramber / dirt road ready.
Who makes the brown saddle? I have the Classic 350 Chrome Red and although the stock seat is very comfortable I really like the look of your brown saddle.
Congratulations for the video, excellent information about the RE Classic 350. My name is Daniel, I'm from Brazil, and here this motorcycle model is already second in number of units sold. This motorcycle fell in love with Brazilian motorcyclists, it is very resistant, it resists all types of roads, paved highways, it rides well on dirt roads. And it doesn't consume much fuel, it does 33 kilometers with a liter of gasoline, a very comfortable motorcycle. The color of your motorcycle is very beautiful, what is the name of this color?
I was thinking it sounds pretty "beefy" as is, but sure, "throatier" is good. You don't want it TOO barky though--or at least I don't. It gets tiresome on long rides. In fact, I've left my later 500 Iron Barrel's DOT-approved exhaust pretty much stock: the absurdly long restrictive zeppelin muffler and even the strangling PAV tube pseudo-catalytic tube doodad just spot-welded into the end of the downpipe, just 'cause I gather it's a bit quieter and runs happily enough. Plus I got neighbors with very young kids living on both sides, so I don't want to "that guy" rousting them from their naps just when Mom's getting ready to tuck into that box wine, you know? Sure, I might gain a few HP letting it breathe clearer, but like you say, I don't ride an Enfield for raw speed. In fact, I'm convinced just dawdling along in the 50s dodging the butterflies is probably helping keep my old ass alive since it's just harder to get into trouble. Carry on!
Yeah I dont want straight pipe loud. I just would like a little more growl in it. I know its just a 350 but I think with the right slip on it can be made to sound a little beefer.
@Boby George Thomas. @Arkansas Outdoors Channel Punjab short - long bottle are very noisy ones. In India they are banned. Apart from loud noise , their sound is not good to ears. HKK INDORI produce the original sound which real retro Royal Enfield Cast Iron Bullet used make in 50s, 60s 70s, 80s and upto 90s. Here in India the real old Enfield lovers still use Indori . The younger ones who haven't heard Old C.I engines are not aware of the Real Beautiful Thug-Thug sound & hence they use these new in trend Punjab bottles. Just shared my views , hope I am not offending. Sorry for poor English, it's a foreign language for me. I hope, I am able to convey with limited vocabulary & poor punctuation. 👍🙏🏼❤️
From my house to the store is actually about 16.5 miles one way. So really it's only about 33 miles. But rounding to 40 I think is fair. That will cover any additional miles needed to get fuel or stop at another store.
