❤ When it comes to picking out fruit the only thing you need to be focused on is how soon you want to eat the fruit. If you don't plan on eating the fruit within 24 to 48 hours just go ahead and pick the fruit you like because fruit ripens over time.❤

Whole Foods 365 brands are great quality. As far as beans, frozen fruit etc. Also I clean my meat, but I honestly use disposable kitchen gloves whenever I cook.

Even the Dollar Tree has Family Size boxes of Cereal for 1.25 and have some of the name brand cereals now and again just have to check it out

Yeah I think you did a pretty good job on what you spent I mean groceries is expensive nowadays And I also do not like touching raw meat for some things I wear gloves like for chicken And when I'm trying to crumble up ground beef Like that texture either

Whole Foods is kind of expensive and I don't see where it is better then the other stores but I have to be careful to watch the cost of my grocery shopping I live on 125.00 a month for Groceries so I need to cut corners 😅 but I just shop very gingerly and watch the prices. I go to Trader Joe's they have things that are inexpensive and they have gluten free items that I get. I even go to grocery outlet they have good deals. I go to multiple stores. According to what I need. And go to target 🎯 when needed. When I pick my fruit I make sure that it's firm and a soft if it's to soft if will spoil quicker. I just went to Walmart about three weeks ago and I will be going back.

Whole foods is expensive. I go to Trader Joe's, which is almost the same, but a lot cheaper for some stuff. I like Walmart, but it is really far from where I live.

And I have gotten back to my savings challenges and I have $ 75 dollars in emergency fund I 'm building that one back , $ 48 dollars in one dollar challenge $70 in my 5 dollar challenge and I have 349 dollars in my one hundred and I 'm building that one back up. Needed to take some out. But I put some back in this month. Getting back on track. And I 'm still saving my change.
