There isn't so much difference. Just that organic produce are grown the way they have been designed by God without any kind of enhancement while GMOs have been genetically modified or changed to enhance taste, growth time, flavor, size, pest resistant abilities, appearance, shelf life or all of the above. These changes are not necessarily bad just that some people claim they are harmful n can lead to diseases but there hasn't really been any tangible or significant scientific proof of that claim. One thing to note is that over the years even organic produce changes to due to mutations that occur naturally.

Organic foods are free of preservatives. They don’t use fertilizers or any form of chemicals to increase their size in production.
