@@AZ-gs6hj No he's not very big, but his composition of lean body mass and size are not really doable naturally. Anyone that's spent years in the scene knows what a natural looks like, and that aint it. I've competed in natural shows where dudes are taking SARMS, diuretics, etc backstage as soon as the piss test is done. Natural shows are a joke and don't prove anything.

I can't really say there are any vegetables/fruit I don't like; I know I might be insane ha-ha. Since I buy fresh vegetables/fruit from the local markets in the street, I follow a seasonal approach. As for dairy, I swapped from yoghurt to kefir lately.
