I'm really not sure. I have had good luck getting a (free) replacement head from Grohe by emailing their customer care address on their website with the trouble I am having and a picture of the spray head. Good luck!

Tracy Stonehocker , my faucet came with it in the box. I think most people end up losing them, or throwing them away, not knowing what the tool is for.
I found a part number, 46711000, that is a replacement part that comes with the wrench on Amazon. Hope this helps. Hi Scott. I'm not sure. The head of that faucet is pretty different than mine. The tool I needed came with the faucet. Maybe check the specs or assembly instructions for your model and see if it lists the correct tool. I'm sorry I'm not much help!
