This build is so sick! i just had a flood of memories come back to me after seeing your bike. I had a x18 110cc pocket bike growing up, begged my dad for a month straight to buy me it and then one day he did haha and it was so much fun ripping around the neighborhood trying to pop wheelies, getting yelled at by the older neighbors 😅 such fun times.

Seeing mac live for the good a.m. tour at emo’s in atx was the best thing i got to live through. Rip cheesy mac

I am so excited for this build! I bought a super pocket bike when i was a teen i remember buying it and driving it a half hour home on main roads like i was a car. I always wanted to stunt it but i kept breaking motor mount bolts. I finally found high grade ones and would ride that thing 35 minutes each way to work every day and just cruise everywhere!

I ridden a few, haven't own one but was about here in Wales in the 80s 90s on fair grounds....pretty cool build!!

A couple years ago, I put a Grom motor into a CF50 Chaly that had the same classic style Honda 4mini engine this super pocket bike came with. I'm sure you've figured out a couple of the obvious things like the engine mounting bolt patterns being different (I cut the mounts out of my donor Grom and welded them into the Chaly). Not sure if you already knew this but you using the OG Grom as a donor was a better choice than an SF. The fuel sender is way easier to retrofit into a new tank coming from the OG. Looks like you'll have plenty of room for the stock intake manifold but if for any reason you don't, you can cut a KOSO manifold and the stock in halves, and they'll slip fit into one another with very minor coaxing to then be reassembled at any angle you'd like.

it would be pretty cool to use the grom front end suspension on that cool pocket bike.

Brian! ssr makes a 160cc motor for pit bikes with the same design as the 125 you put in this, i know it bolts right into the 125 pitbikes so it should be the same for the pocketbikes. Just incase you ever look for a new motor in the future :)

It's a life in 110 which is a copy of the old Honda CT motors but yes very interchangeable also you can take a 190cc pit bike motor thumpstar TaoTao kimco basically any Honda style motor will go in there from a 70cc all the way up to a 190 as long as you get the intake and the carb to fit

Those pocket rockets were pretty quick back in the day. It will be cool to see with a Grom motor.

Is it me when it comes to working on a bike this song feels like it’s better than listening to Metallica sometimes😂. Comes in handy if you hit your knuckles somewhere.
