Poor dog! What a brave thing to throw her out and hope someone caught her well, I can't imagine the terror and emotion the owner must have gone through in that moment. She's beautiful and has been through a lot of trauma so it is nice that you did that for her owner. She will feel so much better now and she looks adorable. I am happy to see she is not physically affected much (except for a red eye which will pass) and I hope her owner makes a quick recovery in hospital so that they can be reunited soon.

So much soot - the whole dog is a different color afterwards

I am so impressed with how you were able to clean up the fur and give such a fine haircut!!!!! The soot had blackened the white fur, and must have had a terrible smell. Washing her twice with the products you used was magical as the soot washed outl I enjoy watching you work, especially when you do the details on paws, tail and head.

By far, that was the best groom I've seen you do. You would have never known she was light brown/blond dog under all the dirty soot. Poor baby went through a lot but survived :) Miracle.

Haven’t seen this one but how awful, for those poor people injured and homes lost n then that poor dog. It was a miracle he survived at all , especially with all that smoke bless him. As well as those poor cats, I hope the person who did this was caught and tried for our equivalent of arson, cruelty to animals and especially attempted murder. This little girl reminds me SO much of my last sweet little girl, a Yorkie mix. She was small and most loveable. I rescued her from an abusive situation when she was 1 year old and she lived to be 19. I miss her a lot. Unfortunately, I can no longer have a pet where I live in a seniors home. Thank you for your kindness to these sweet souls.

Marybeth from Rover's Makeover has said that the blades get dull faster when you use them on a dirty coat. You must be having your blades sharpened twice as often as a regular groomer. Thanks for providing these dogs relief from their suffering. 🐕🐩🐾
