@@alreadydead12yearsago9 it is. Groove coverage and alice copper versions are both official. It's called a collab. To everyone out there stop calling this a fucking cover ffs mate
This song has been one of my absolute faves since my childhood! :D "I wanna hurt you just to hear you screaming my name" *Blush* Woah ... Okay then I love this song
@blockslugger I'm familiar with the original. In fact I knew the original before I'd even HEARD of Groove Coverage. And I like this version better, a lot better. You may prefer the original, but don't act like it's objectively better. It's just YOUR opinion.
It's weird to think that the version of this I've had for years is so different. I think this is the original Groove Coverage version. Mine had elongation on "chains" and was missing a verse. Some of the inflections are different too.
I gotta thank RusAme hetalia amv, because I was able to find this song and damn....this fits their complicated relationship so much. And I surely think that this song is in Russia's perspective.
Both could potentially work. It depends on what the singer actually meant. I don't know know if they meant You're Poison or just repeating the beginning of the last sentence.
I can't tell if people correcting you are right or not. From what it SOUNDS like to me, it sounds like it's devise and "don't wanna touch you." maybe it's just me. :)
You say Justin Beaver-I SCREAM ALICE COOPER You say Miley Cyrus-I say Led Zepplin You say T-Pain-I say Kiss You say Flowers-I say Motorhead You say Pink-I say Aerosmith You say Hip Hop-i say shut the fuck up You say Pop-I scream ROCK!! You say hanah montana-i hit you in the face 92% of teenagers have turned to HipHop and Pop.If you are part of the 8% that still listen to real music, copy and paste this message to another 5 videos. DON'T LET THE SPIRIT OF ROCK DIE!!ROCK 4 EVER
lol, in a way i'm kind of glad this song is translating into a format that will be popular with a newer generation, but at the same time, it's honestly nowhere near as good as the original. btw, somebody somewhere probably thinks Alice Cooper covered this song =P
ugh I listened to the nightcore version of this first and now that im listening to this its so ssssslllloooowww its driving me nuts but I still love the song to death my new favorite song
Years ago there was an AMV with this song and multiple anime clips, most of them from Vampire Hunter, the first clip was from Ghost in the Shell, anyone who remembers it?
What is the meaning of the song tho. Born and raised in Germany and i always loved loved loved this song. I just never really got the meaning... can someone delight me of its meaning
It's about the girl you want but know isn't good for you ( she's poison ) but you can't stay away . Please listen to the original ( I'm also from Germany)
My girlfriend broke up with me and when I listen this song she is in my mind everytime. The word's "I wanna hurt you just to hear you screaming my name" are just like a poison in my mind , just like I've really wanna hurt her just to hear screaming my name.
Depends on how you relate to it. If you relate to it because you're submissive and your partner is a dom and you trust each other, dealt with consent and all the other important things then yes it is healthy. If you relate because you're in an abusive relationship then no it's not healthy and get yourself out of that mess.
@blockslugger Someone may, but honestly some of us (like me) just prefer this version. I'm very aware that it's a cover, and I also know that some people think it makes them sound, hmm ... more "cultured" to say they prefer the original versions of all songs. Of course, it may be you just genuinely like Alice Cooper's version better. That's fine too. I just genuinely prefer this one.
@@liammartin0906 that's the point He is the Godfather OF SHOCK ROCK . His whole image is based on horror and creepy stuff. And it's strange listening to this Version when you know the meaning behind the song it's about the girl you know is not good for you but you still want her When a woman sings it it kinda looses it's meaning Also Alice is the nicest person you'll ever meet together with his wife Sheryl Here the proof ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iYgw5a_F1qc.html
