Grooved Brain Coral (Diploria labyrinthiformis) spawning at Buddy's Reef 

Reef Renewal Foundation Bonaire (RRFB) is expanding its reef restoration activities to include larval propagation, which uses coral sexual reproduction as a restoration method. This innovative technique will allow RRFB to work with a wider range of coral species and increase genetic diversity. As part of the project, RRFB had to conduct spawning observations of targeted coral species, to better understand when corals on Bonaire spawn, therefore confirm the prediction accuracy
