Gross recklessness from Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael in dragging the Apple Tax case out 

We have witnessed gross recklessness and incompetence from Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael in dragging the Apple Tax case out over the past eight years.
The parties of government, who lecture fiscal prudence, recklessly sought to obstruct €14bn that the state was due - during a time when they were imposing austerity on people.
We can never fully undo the harm done to people during austerity, but this verdict gives us a chance to finally move on from this shameful episode.
