Hi .. thx for watching! yes it's mucosal folds or gastric rugae radiating towards the central part in case of benign(peptic ) ulcer While in case of ulcers arising in a setting of gastric carcinoma, they are not seemingly converging/radiating to towards the central ulcerated part (or crater). So non radiating This is one of the differentiating point on gross morphology. Hope it helps!
